Four Payments

• $4,000 to Reserve Build Slot

  • This first installment is a non-refundable payment that also serves as a consultation fee. I repeat; this is a non-refundable payment.

• $4,000 Progress Payment
  + Premium Material Upcharges

  • First progress payment is due when it is time to begin the build and the materials have been selected. Additionally, all upcharges for premium materials or extra details will be due at this time.

• $4,000 Progress Payment

  • When it’s time for the spray booth, it’s time for the third payment.

• $4,000 Final Payment
  + Shipping and Sales Taxes/VAT/Additional Fees

  • Final payment plus cost of shipping will be due when it’s time to take delivery of the guitar.

  • Please be sure to budget $500-$1,000 for overnight FedEx shipping with full insurance, or plane seats! A plane seat for you and the guitar are often cheaper than overnight shipping, and the only way to 100% insure the safety of your instrument. You waited a long time for this guitar - lets make sure it gets from my bench to your home in one piece!

  • For all residents of CA an additional sales tax will be due at this time.

  • Any additional fees such as VAT, customs duties, etc. will be due at this time.

Cancelations

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, you are free to do so at anytime - no hard feelings. Your initial payment is non-refundable and will not be returned, for two reasons - first and foremost, the money has already been spent on wood, glue, bandsaw blades, sandpaper and all of the other things it takes to keep my shop running. Second - guitar builders live a life of financial uncertainty. It's an enormous stress to put on passion and creativity, which is already extremely fragile. So I understand you will be out a chunk of change - but I won't know how I'm going to pay my bills for the months that your payments were scheduled. Progress payments will be returned for canceled orders once the guitar has been completed and sold.

• Payments must be received in full. Additional credit card or processing fees are the responsibility of purchaser and will be billed for separately.

• PayPal, Venmo or Bank Transfer are my preferred methods of payment and these details will be sent once your order is confirmed. PayPal must be sent as "Friends & Family" to avoid fees. Payment will be returned and considered unreceived if sent as "Goods & Services". PayPal will not charge you a fee if you are paying from a bank account. PayPal will charge a fee when paying with a credit card.

• CA Residents will be charged full CA Tax at time of delivery.
